Terrific location and newly renovated room, with sophisticated decor. Friendly and helpful host, Paolo. Short walk to the Sassi and Piazza Vittorio Veneto. Hot water kettle and tea provided in the room. Free parking available.

The location of this accommodation is great, situated on the edge of the historic centre, making it easy to get around on foot. Guests can enjoy complimentary juice and yoghurt in the fridge, and breakfast is taken in a nearby bar, which is very convenient. the staff are friendly and helpful, and some of the rooms have been newly renovated.
The check-in process can be disorganised, and guests may experience a wait time.

We had a fantastic stay here! The location was perfect, just a minute away from the main attractions. We also loved the fact that the manager owned a cafe, so we could enjoy a delicious breakfast there. The service provided by the staff was excellent, and our room was cleaned to perfection. The hotel also offered great amenities such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a terrace. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was an added bonus. we highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Matera.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, with easy access to the city's main attractions. the cleanliness of the room was excellent, and the staff was friendly.
The breakfast was very disappointing, with limited options and low-quality. the Wi-Fi signal was weak, and it was difficult to connect to the internet properly.

The room was very clean and nicely decorated, with all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the old town, where all the sights and famous landmarks are located. the owner was very helpful and provided us with useful information about the area.
While it was included in the price, it consisted of only a few basic items and lacked variety. , the view from the room was not very pleasant as we were facing a nearby building wall.
